Exterior & Design
The body is presented entirely in Black Mamba gloss exposed carbon fiber, allowing the intricate weave and sculpted construction of the Huayra Roadster to remain fully visible. Acid Green accents provide a vivid contrast against the dark carbon bodywork, emphasizing the car’s aerodynamic surfaces and performance-focused character.
The Tempesta Package introduces a redesigned front splitter and lateral flicks derived from aerodynamic studies conducted for the Huayra R. These components are engineered to increase front downforce, improve balance, and optimize airflow through the front radiators.
At the rear, the Tempesta aero package incorporates a central air scoop, internal air conveyor, fixed rear wing, and distinctive shark fin. The central intake improves airflow and engine-oil cooling, while the shark fin helps reduce turbulence approaching the rear wing.
Additional aerodynamic developments include streamlined taillight covers, lateral rear-diffuser extractors, and auxiliary exhaust outlets designed to create a blown-diffuser effect. Interior aluminum components finished in satin black and instrument-cluster dials in a black finish, complementing the exterior’s dark carbon-fiber theme. Exposed carbon fiber, precision-machined controls, and Pagani’s sculptural switchgear create a cockpit that feels as much like a mechanical work of art as a performance automobile.
Engineering & Performance
The Huayra Roadster is powered by a Mercedes-AMG 6.0-liter twin-turbocharged V12 producing 750 horsepower and 1,100 Nm of torque. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a seven-speed sequential transmission.
For the Tempesta Package, Pagani developed a reinforced Xtrac transverse seven-speed sequential gearbox capable of more effectively transferring the engine’s power and torque to the road. The system incorporates a lightweight triple-disc clutch developed from the Huayra Roadster BC and Huayra Imola, along with an electronically controlled differential and racing-style tripod driveshaft.
The Tempesta Package also introduces electronically controlled active shock absorbers at each wheel, based on technology developed for the Huayra Roadster BC. Revised suspension geometry helps reduce dive, squat, and body roll while improving traction, stability, and driver confidence.
A dedicated Super Soft mode can be selected when additional compliance is desired over uneven roads. At higher speeds, the dampers automatically return to the setting associated with the selected driving mode.
Carbon-ceramic brakes provide immense stopping performance, while the front lifting system assists with navigating inclines and uneven surfaces.
Titanium Six-Pipe Exhaust System
One of the defining features of the Tempesta Package is its titanium six-pipe exhaust system.
In addition to the Huayra’s signature central quad exhaust outlets, two auxiliary outlets direct exhaust gases through the rear diffuser. Inspired by developments from the Huayra Roadster BC, this configuration contributes to the blown-diffuser effect while producing a more immediate and distinctive V12 soundtrack.
Wheels & Tires
The Tempesta Package includes lightweight forged monolithic-aluminum wheels developed from the Huayra Roadster BC program.
The wheels measure 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear and are paired with specially developed Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires measuring 265/30 R20 in front and 355/25 R21 at the rear. Their asymmetric tread design was engineered to balance dry-weather grip, braking performance, cornering stability, and water evacuation.
