Pagani of Nashville proudly presents the 2017 Pagani Huayra BC Prototype #00, known as “Genesis.” This factory prototype is the very first Huayra BC ever constructed and was the launch car at the 2016 Geneva International Motor Show. Serving as Pagani’s factory demonstrator, press vehicle, and the developmental blueprint for all the production Huayra BCs, “Genesis” stands as one of the most historically significant Paganis ever offered.

Exterior & Design

Prototype 00 is finished in Matte Bianco Benny, a brilliant white inspired by Benny Caiola. Pagani’s first customer and the namesake for the Huayra BC. Running from nose to tail, a Blu Francia center stripe creates a dramatic contrast.

As the Geneva Motor Show debut car, “Genesis” features the full BC aerodynamic suite: a prominent front splitter, larger rear diffuser, lightweight forged components, and quad active aero flaps integrated with a commanding rear wing.

Interior & Craftsmanship

Opening the gull-wing doors reveals a cabin upholstered in Blu Ossido leather paired with Grigio Alcantara inserts, all accented with Bianco contrast stitching that echoes the exterior’s color palette. As the original prototype, this interior served as Pagani’s reference for BC production.

Polished aluminum switchgear, exposed carbon fiber, billet pedal assemblies, and machined toggle controls showcase Pagani’s obsessive attention to detail. The BC’s deeply bolstered sport seats and Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel provide a track-focused environment that retains Pagani’s signature sense of luxury and craftsmanship.

As the developmental foundation for the Huayra BC, “Genesis” features the engineering enhancements that distinguish the BC from the standard Huayra:

• AMG 6.0L M158 Twin-Turbo V12, making over 750 horsepower and 1000 Nm of torque

About This Example

Prototype #00 “Genesis” is the first Huayra BC ever built. It debuted at the 2016 Geneva International Motor Show, served as Pagani’s press and demo vehicle, and directly influenced every BC that followed.

Following its factory service life, “Genesis” was expertly converted to U.S. specifications, including the issuance of a federalized VIN, making it fully street legal.
